To send an email:
1. Enter the recipients, the subject and the body of the message.
By checking the Copy Me box, the sender can receive a copy of the email they are sending. This feature is especially important for RMail Online, as sent emails are not saved in a Sent folder.
Note: Click here to learn how to send though SMS with RMail Online.
2. If you want to add an attachment, you can do so by clicking on the Attach File button at the top left, or in the Attachments section at the bottom of the screen, where you can drag and drop the file or click to browse for it in your folders.
3. Select the features you need from the panel on the right.
The available features are:
- Track & Prove: It allows you to have proof that the email was sent, received, and that the content has remained unaltered.
- Encryption: Allows you to encrypt sensitive emails and attachments for security or regulatory compliance.
- E-Sign: It allows the recipient to electronically sign and timestamp an email and each page of attachments entirely by email. When using RMail online, the options for E-paper and Smart Tags are combined into a single option called Web Sign. If the sent document does not contain tags, the recipient will have the options to draw, type, and add text. However, if the document contains any type of tags, the recipient will complete all the required information after reviewing the document and clicking on Next.
In this case, the One-click option is referred to as Email Sign.
- File Share: It allows you to send an email with a cumulative attachment size of up to 1GB in size.
- SideNote: It allows you to send private notes only visible to the Cc and/or Bcc recipients by using a yellow ‘sticky-note’ box at the top of the message for their viewing only.
- Register Reply: Messages sent with the Register Reply option will cause the recipient’s reply email to also be sent as a Registered Email™ message, providing the original sender with proof of content & time of the recipient's reply in the form of a Registered Receipt.
- Client Code: It enables senders to assign a unique client or reference code to each Registered Email message.
