RMail for Outlook Online empowers you to take full advantage of its robust features no matter where you are. Whether you're in the office, working from home, or on the go, you can securely send, track, and manage your important emails effortlessly.
Once you have completed the RMail for Outlook Online installation, you're all set and ready to start using its advanced capabilities immediately.
1. Go to your inbox. Click on New Mail to compose a new email.
2. Compose the email and then click on the R icon to open the RMail sending options panel.
Note: If you don't see the R icon click on the Add-ins button, and select RMail Outlook.
3. Select the feature you would like to use and then click on Confirm Selections.
4. Once the Confirm Selections button changes to a green Selected button, all that’s left to do is press Send. Those selected RMail services will be used for that email transaction.
Click on this icon to access the Settings.
In the settings, you can choose which options are enabled and also pre-determine which ones will be selected by default when creating an email. After making your selections click on Apply.
