After sending a signature request using the E-paper or Smart Tags options in Outlook, or the equivalent Web Mail option in RMail Online, you will receive a link within the Acknowledgment email that allows you to track the status of the request.
Click on the link to access the WebTracking page. Access is granted using the same credentials as your other RPost apps.
The signature requests and their respective information, including their current status, are displayed.
Click on the status for more detailed information.
While the request is in the Submitted for signature state, the sender may cancel the request.
This will change the status of the request to Cancelled.
When the recipient attempts to sign, they will see a message stating that the signature request has been cancelled by the sender.
