After sending a signature request using the E-paper or Smart Tags options in Outlook, or the equivalent Web Mail option in RMail Online, you can track its status using one of the following methods:
Acknowledment Email link.
The Acknowledgment email you receive immediately after sending the signature request includes a tracking link where you can monitor its status.
Click on the link to access the WebTracking page. Access is granted using the same credentials as your other RPost apps.
The signature requests and their respective information, including their current status, are displayed.
Click on the Message Id or status for more detailed information.
While the request is in the Submitted for signature state, the sender may cancel the request.
This will change the status of the request to Cancelled.
When the recipient attempts to sign, they will see a message stating that the signature request has been cancelled by the sender.
RPostONE Hub
Alternatively, you can log in to the RPostONE Hub at https://rpost.com/login using your credentials.
From there, navigate to the RMail section and select the Track E-Sign tab to view the status of your signature requests.
This opens the same tracking page accessible from the Acknowledgment email, but directly within the RPostONE Hub interface.
From there, you can monitor your signature request as described above by clicking the Message ID of the transaction.
