The RPostONE for Outlook plugin allows you to send a file and convert it to an RPD (Rights Protected Document), giving you access to all the document protection and control features offered by RDocs.
1. Compose a message, add an attachment and click on the Send Registered button.
2. In the options panel enable RDocs and select the Access Control level you want to apply to the RPD. The settings for each Access Control level are determined by the Direct Send Defaults configured in RDocs.
Note: You can combine RDocs with other features, such as Registered Reply, and more.
3. Click on Send.
Send to RDocs button
If you want to access additional sending options, click the Send to RDocs button.
This will open the RDocs web page with the document already attached and the recipient and email body pre-populated, allowing you to configure additional features before sending.
Note: Messages sent from the RDocs web page do not generate a Registered Receipt.
