In this article, we’ll walk you through the process of opening an RPD file on both Android and iOS devices, ensuring you can view your file seamlessly no matter which operating system you use.
Opening an RPD on iOS
1. Open the email containing the password and copy it.
2. Go to the email that contains the RPD file and download it.
3. Go to your downloads and open the document.
4. Click on Continue.
5. Upload the document and click on View Document.
6. Enter your email address and paste the password you copied. Click on Authorize.
4. A pop-up will appear asking you to enter your first and last name. This step is optional. Whether you enter them or not, click on Continue.
5. You can now see the RPD.
Opening an RPD on Android
1. Open the email containing the password and copy it.
2. Go to the email that contains the RPD file and tap on the file to open it.
3. Enter your email address and paste the password you copied. Click on Authorize.
4. A pop-up will appear asking you to enter your first and last name. This step is optional. Whether you enter them or not, click on Continue.
5. You can now see the RPD.
