Requesting Access when Limit Readers security was applied
When trying to open the RPD, the reader will get the following message:
Upon clicking on the Request Access button, the reader can choose to add a note or leave it blank. In either case, clicking on Continue will successfully send the request.
The sender will receive an email containing the details of the reader and the document for which access is requested.
Clicking on the RDocs link will take the sender to the Access Management section of the Manage tab of their RDocs interface, where they can view and respond to pending requests.
The reader will be notified via email the status of the request. If access has been granted, the reader can return to the email containing the document and continue the process to open the RPD.
