RMail Online allows you to adjust and set default system features for a customized experience.
These settings will be reflected in the Sending Options Panel, located on the right side of the screen, when sending a Registered Email™ message.

To access the settings click on the gear icon on the top right corner.
These are the available settings. Adjust them according to your needs and then click on the Save button. You can still modify them on the sending interface before sending the email.

Account Settings
- Display name: Enter the name you want recipients to see in the "From". By setting it, recipients will see your name instead of your email as the sender.
- You can change your password by entering your current one and then entering and confirming the new one.
General Settings
- RMail Web App Language: This is the language in which the RMail Online interface is displayed for the sender.
- RMail Service Language: This is the language in which the service emails will be sent, including the email the recipient receives and the Registered Receipt the sender receives.
- Date format: Select your preferred date format.
- Acknowledgement Email: If enabled, an Acknowledgment Email will be sent to the sender after each message is sent.
Signature Settings - Email Body
If the setting Include Signature at the bottom of all emails is enabled, the signature configured in Signature Type will automatically be included in each composed email. You can configure either a handwritten signature or a typed signature.
Track & Prove
This selection determines which Track & Prove method will be pre-selected when composing an email.
- Marked as: Emails will contain an email banner and markings.
- Unmarked: Emails will be sent with no markings
Note: The Track & Prove feature can't be disable.
Encrypt - select primary receiving experience
- The Encryption feature may be Enabled, Disabled, or Enabled and Pre-selected, in which case it will be pre-selected by default when composing an email. If Disabled is selected, the Encryption feature will not appear in the Sending Options Panel. Note: If Encryption is disabled, the E-sign and File Share options will be greyed out in the sending options and will not be available either.
- Choose which Encryption method will be used as default, Transmission - auto-decrypts for receiver or Message Level - decrypts with password.
- You can create a custom password or leave the password field blank to have a random system-generated password created.
- If the Email custom password box is not checked, the sender must provide the password to the recipient using a different method.
E-Sign - send for signature
- The E-Sign feature may be Enabled, Disabled, or Enabled and Pre-selected, in which case it will be pre-selected by default when composing an email. If Disabled is selected, the E-Sign feature will not appear in the Sending Options Panel.
- Choose which E-Sign method will be used as default, Web sign or Email sign.
- If the RSign visible button in checked, the option to redirect to the RSign website will be enabled.
File Share - up to 1GB
- The File Share feature may be Enabled, Disabled, or Enabled and Pre-selected, in which case it will be pre-selected by default when composing an email. If Disabled is selected, the File Share feature will not appear in the Sending Options Panel.
- In Send automatically when above select from what file size the File Share feature should be used.
SideNote®
- The SideNote feature may be Enabled or Disabled. If Disabled is selected, the SideNote feature will not appear in the Sending Options Panel.
- When the CC and/or BCC boxes are checked, those options will appear selected by default when composing an email.
Copy Me
- The Copy Me feature may be Enabled or Disabled. If Disabled is selected, the Copy Me option will not be visible next to the From field when composing an email.
- You can choose to have it checked or unchecked by default.
Register Reply
- Check the box to have the Register Reply feature selected by default when composing an email.
Client Code
- The Client Code feature may be Enabled or Disabled. If Disabled is selected, this option will not be visible in the sending panel options when composing an email.
- You can add a Client Code in the provided space to have it appear by default when composing an email.
Message Type
RMail Online offers the possibility to send emails and passwords via SMS. You can choose the method for sending both the email and the password. With this setting, you can configure which message and password sending method you want to appear by default when composing an email.
- Delivery Mode: Choose which method of sending the message you want to appear by default when composing the email.
- Password Mode: Choose which method of sending the password you want to appear by default when composing the email.
