- If Y (enabled) is selected, you will be able to make changes to already created rules.
- If N (disabled) is selected, already created rules will not be editable.

Create static link for templates - RForms
The Create static link for templates setting allows you to create RForms. A static link is a hyperlink which, when clicked on, will take the signer directly to the document signing interface.
- If Y (enabled) is selected, you will be able to create templates with a static link.
- If N (disabled) is selected, the option to create templates with a static link will not be available.
RSign allows you to create RForms to capture one or multiple signatures:
- Allow single signer: This option restricts the number of signers to one. While creating the RForm, you will not be able to add more than one role on the templates preparation page.
- Allow multiple signers: This option allows you to create an RForm that can capture signatures from one or more signers. Therefore, you can add more than one role on the templates preparation page.
Send a confirmation email to validate first signer
The Send a confirmation email to validate first signer setting allows the creator of an RForm or template with a static link to require the first signer to verify their email address before RSign sends an email inviting other signers to sign.
- If Y (enabled) is selected, an email will be sent to the first signer of the RForm for authentication purposes.
- If N (disabled) is selected, no verification email will be sent to the first signer.
Learn more about verifying the first signer here.
Send message/code to available Email or Mobile
This setting determines whether entering both email addresses and mobile numbers is mandatory when inviting signers to sign a document using an RForm. When enabled, if a mobile number is not provided, the message and access code are sent to the signer's email. Conversely, if no email is provided, the message and code are sent to the mobile number. When disabled, both email and mobile numbers of the signers must be entered for two-factor authentication to occur.
Re-verify each signer for static templates
The creator of an RForm or Templates with static links can require all signers to verify their email address before clicking on Submit after signing the document.
When the setting Re-verify each signer for static templates is enabled, an email is sent to the signers of the RForm (a template accessible for signature through a static URL) for authentication purposes.
- If Y (enabled) is selected, an email will be sent to all signers of the RForm for authentication purposes.
- If N (disabled) is selected, no verification email will be sent to the signers.
