The Admin tab is only available in the Company settings. Only those users with Customer Admin role can access it.

Show settings tab to end users
The Show settings tab to end users setting provides Customer Admins the ability to control whether end users (excluding those with Customer Admin role) should have access to the settings tab. The Yes value is selected by default.
Envelope time/date stamp location
The Envelope time/date stamp location setting provides the ability to display the time and date of when a document was signed. This will appear in either the left or right footer, left or right header, or not appear at all.
Add date to signed document name
This setting provides Customer Admins the ability to configure and set up the date format for the signed document. Simply select the desired option from the dropdown menu and save your changes. By default, the None value is selected.
Once this setting is enabled, RSign adds a unique date and time stamp in the document name while saving it to prevent documents from being overwritten when stored locally.
Service language
The Service language setting provides the ability to change the language for the RSign interfaces, features, and user account.
RSign supports a wide variety of service languages. English is the default option.
Note: When changing the service language option and saving your changes, you will be automatically logged our and asked to log back in for them to be reflected in the user interface.
Enable post signing login pop-up
The Enable post signing login pop-up setting provides the ability to display a pop-up to the envelope signer after they have electronically signed it. The pop-up prompts the recipient to login to an RSign account and informs that the document has been saved for them. The Y (enabled) value is selected by default.
Disclaimer and Disclaimer location
The Disclaimer and Disclaimer location options provide Customer Admins the ability to add a customized piece of text (disclaimer) in any of the following places (disclaimer location) when emails are sent through RSign:
- Top of the email body: the disclaimer is placed above the email message.
- Below the email body: the disclaimer is placed below the email message.
- Bottom of the email: the disclaimer is placed at the very end of the email.
