This article describes every setting found in the Enterprise workflow tab:
Enable Enterprise workflow management
The Enable enterprise workflow management setting provides you the ability to configure where and when all RSign emails should be copied or re-routed.
- If Y (enabled) is selected, the options to specify the workflow and the date range for that workflow will become available for editing.
- If N (disabled) is selected, the options will be greyed out and you will not be able to configure the copying or rerouting of emails.
By clicking on the history icon you can expand and view the historical changes related to that specific setting or workflow.
Enable out of office label
When selected, an Out of office mode tag is displayed on the top navigation bar for the duration set in the date range.
Effective dates
The Effective Dates setting allows you to specify the timeframe during which the chosen workflow for copying or rerouting your emails will be effective. If an end date is not specified, the settings remain effective until the dates are modified or the Enable Enterprise workflow management setting is disabled.
Select a workflow
This setting enables you to specify the destination for rerouting or copying received RSign emails within a chosen date range. Simply select an action and click on Add workflow. Then, input the email address where these specific emails will be redirected or copied. You can add multiple rows as needed.
Note: The start and end dates specified for each row will take precedence over the global level dates set at the Effective dates settings.
To apply the changes, click on Save.
