RSign allows you to enhance your document workflows by requesting attachments from signers during the signature process. This feature is particularly useful when additional documentation is required, such as IDs, contracts, or any other supporting files, making it easy to collect all necessary information in one step.
To have the option to request an attachment from the signer appear when creating a signature request, it's necessary to enable the Enable sender attachment requests option in the Signer Attachment Options setting.
To request an attachment, click on +Add Row and enter the details of the attachment you are requesting. You can assign the request to a specific signer, or if you leave it set to Any it will apply to all signers. If you want the signer to be unable to submit the document without attaching the file first, you can check the Required box.
