Resetting your RMail password

If you need to reset your password for any reason, please follow these instructions.

How to reset your password in RMail app for Outlook

1. Within Outlook: Go to File > RMail Settings.

2. Click on RMail Account on the pop-up panel.

3. Click on the padlock icon button. This will send you an email to reset/change your password.

4. Go to your Inbox and find the Reset Your Password email.

5. Click on the red Reset My Password button.
6. Create a new password.

7. Go back to the RMail settings.
8. Click on the Login Button.

9. Enter your password and Login.

10. Wait till you see a popup that informs you that you have logged in.
11. Click on the OK button to save and close the RMail Settings window.

How to reset your password from RMail Online

To change or reset the RMail password follow these steps:

1. Open RMail Online at https://app.rmail.com/.
2. Press Forgot Password.

3. Enter your email address and press Send me the link.

4. A pop-up appears next notifying the user to look in their email inbox for an email with a link to reset the RMail password.

5. Look in your email inbox for an email with a link to reset the RMail password.
- From: support@rpost.com
- Subject: Reset RMail/RSign password

6. Click on the Reset my Password button in the body of the email to open a password reset page in the user’s default web browser.

7. Enter and confirm the new password and press the Reset Password button.
