When envelopes are deleted, they are moved to the Deleted folder to give you the chance to restore them or delete them forever.

Deleted folder overview
You can access the Deleted folder from the home page.
The deleted envelopes table displays relevant information for you to easily identify the transaction. You can export the displayed list in CSV format. To do so, click on the download icon.
You can also click on the filter icon to search for specific envelopes in the Deleted folder.

Deleted envelopes actions
Each table entry, a deleted envelope, contains an action dropdown. When clicking on it, the available actions will be displayed.
- When clicking on Restore, you will be requested to confirm you wish to restore the envelope. After doing so, the envelope will be moved back to the corresponding folder: If the envelope was already fully signed, it will be moved back to the Completed folder; If the envelope was waiting for signature or cancelled, it will be moved back to the Sent folder.
- When clicking on Audit trail, a window will pop open displaying the corresponding envelope data. You can view the documents by clicking on the document names.
Additionally, you can perform massive actions. Simply check the corresponding envelope boxes, and the available massive actions will become visible.
