The Sent folder allows you to review all those envelopes you have sent the past 30 days.

Sent folder overview
You can access the Sent folder from the home page.
By default, all sent transactions within the last 30 days will be displayed. You can narrow down results by selecting a different time frame from the dropdown.
The sent envelopes table displays relevant information for you to easily identify the transaction and their corresponding status -whether they are waiting for signature, completed, among other statuses.
You can export the displayed list in CSV format. To do so, click on the download icon.
You can also click on the filter icon to search for specific envelopes in the Sent folder.

Sent envelope actions
Each table entry, a sent envelope, contains an action dropdown. When clicking on it, the available actions will be displayed.
- When clicking on Audit trail, a window will pop open displaying the corresponding envelope data. You can view the document by clicking on the document name.
- The Move option will only be useful if you have created custom folders. You will be able to move envelopes to those specific folders.
- When clicking on the Delete option, you will be requested to confirm you want to delete the corresponding envelope.
Note: This action is not reversible.
- When clicking on Copy, you will be taken to the sending interface. The recipients, message, document, options, and fillable control fields will be already set, as in the original envelope. You can edit it as needed before sending the new signature request.
Additionally, you can perform massive actions. Simply check the corresponding envelope boxes, and the available massive actions will become visible.
