Often times, an RSign user will not be the sender of a signature request, but the signer. When this happens, there are different ways in which they can access the signing interface: using the View and sign button in the signature request email, or through the Inbox folder in RSign home page.
Whenever there are envelopes to be signed by you, you will see this information reflected in the home page dashboard.

Inbox folder overview
To view those envelopes pending action from you, simply click on the Inbox folder on the left panel.
The Inbox folder will display all envelopes assigned to you for signature. You can export the displayed list in CSV format. To do so, click on the download icon.
You can also click on the filter icon to search for specific envelopes in the Inbox folder.

Inbox actions
Each table entry, an envelope waiting for your action, contains an action dropdown. When clicking on it, the available actions will be displayed.
- When clicking on the Sign option, you will be directed to the signing interface to fill out any assigned control field and sign the document.
- When clicking on the Decline option, you will be requested to provide the reasons for declination.
- When clicking on Delegate, you will be requested to enter who is to sign the document instead of you.
- When clicking on the Audit trail option, a window will pop open displaying the corresponding envelope data. You can view the document by clicking on the document name.
- The Move option will only be useful if you have created custom folders. You will be able to move envelopes to those specific folders.
Additionally, you can perform massive actions. Simply check the corresponding envelope boxes, and the available massive actions will become visible.
