The Templates page is where all of your already created templates, rules, template groups, RForms, and message templates can be viewed, edited, shared, and deleted. You can create new ones as well.

Templates list
The templates list consists of two main sections:
- Personal templates and rules: Those that have been created by you;
- Shared templates and rules: Those that have been created and shared by other users within your account.
Templates data
Each item, except for template groups and message templates in the templates list can be expanded to display the templates data. To do so, click on the item expander, as shown in the example below:
The templates data shows who has created the template, the different roles that are to sign the document, among others.
Templates filters, sorting options, and actions
Filters
The templates page contains a filter dropdown that lets you narrow down the templates list to show specific groups of templates, rules, message templates or template groups.
Sorting options
You can sort both, your personal and shared templates and rules, by creation date by clicking the Created Date arrow.
Actions
The templates page offers you a variety of actions, such as creating, editing, sharing, copying, and deleting templates, rules, among others.
You can create new templates, new rules, new template groups, and new message templates by clicking on the corresponding button.
Note: If you do not see any of these buttons, you will need to enable them in the templates settings section.
Each item in the personal templates and rules table contains the following action icons:
- Share/unshare
- Edit
- Delete
- Copy
Note: The copy action is not available for message templates and template groups. The share option is not available for template groups.
Each item in the shared templates and rules table contains the following action icons:
- Add to personal templates and rules: a copy of the shared template or rule will be added to your personal list
- Unshare
Note: The unshare option is only available to those users with Customer Admin role.
