The home screen contains the main RSign menu and sent document details. It is also where you can access your profile, add and edit documents you will be sending as well as monitor the status of your sent documents and account activity, including your used and remaining units.

Dashboard panel
The dashboard consists of three informational boxes:
- Waiting for you shows the number of documents that are to be reviewed and signed by you. You can access those documents in the RSign inbox folder.
- Waiting for others shows the number of sent documents that are awaiting signature.
- Expiring soon shows the number of documents which are awaiting signature and are close to the expiration date.
Drag & drop document panel
The drag & drop document panel is located in the center of the screen and it offers a variety of shortcuts to initiate a new transaction. You can:
- use the drag and drop section to add documents you need to have reviewed and signed;
- click on the Send document button to select the corresponding documents from your available drives;
- select from your available list of templates;
- select from your available list of rules;
- click on the Bulk send button to send large quantities of transactions at once. If you cannot see this feature and you would like to have it enabled, contact your RPost Customer Success or Sales representative.
Inbox and folders
The inbox and folders section is located on the left-hand side of the home screen. It helps you access documents that have been sent to you, that you have sent, among others.
Under Envelopes you will find the following folders:
- the Inbox folder shows those RSign envelopes that are awaiting for you to review and sign;
- the Sent folder shows all your recently sent envelopes;
- the Completed folder shows all those envelopes that have been fully signed;
- the Templates folder directs you to the Templates page;
- the Drafts folder contains all those transactions that have been saved as drafts;
- the Deleted folder shows the deleted envelopes;
Note: You can also create custom folders by clicking on the +Folder option.
In the Access Management section, you can see if any unauthorized reader, to whom Auto-Lock has been applied, has requested access to a document.

In the Action Required section you have the following folders:
- Waiting for others: Contains those envelopes that have been sent but have not yet been signed.
- Expiring soon: Shows all those envelopes that are awaiting signature and are close to the expiration date.
Activity summary panel
The activity summary panel gives you a snapshot of your recent envelopes. You can select a date range using the drop down.
- Best is the least time it took for an envelope to be completed in the selected time period.
- Average is the sum of the individual time taken for envelopes to be completed within the given time period, divided by the total number of sent envelopes.
