The RMail® for Yardi Storage Manager integration allows Yardi Storage Manager users to send Registered Email™ messages from their Yardi Storage Manager platform via the RMail® system. Users can send delinquency correspondence emails as Registered Email™ messages either Marked or Unmarked, according to their preferences.

Pre-requisites
- An RMail® account.
- A Yardi Storage Manager account with administrator permissions.
Initial Setup
Note: Before beginning the setup process for integrating the RMail® service with Yardi Storage Manager, customers must ensure that their RMail® account is fully set up, with all the necessary users, plans assigned, and accounts activated. Following this, customers should contact their Yardi Storage Manager representative to configure one of the RMail® accounts with administrator permissions within their platform. Once this step is completed, use the same account with administrator permissions in Yardi Storage Manager to finalize the setup process by following these steps:
1. Login to the Yardi Storage Manager platform.
2. Click on Setup on the top menu, then go to System Settings.
3. In the Storage Settings tab, click on the pencil icon.
4. From the Registered Email for Delinquency dropdown menu select the type of Registered Email™ message you need.
- None (Delinquency Notice will be sent as normal email)
- Send Registered (Delinquency Notice will be sent as an Unmarked Registered Email™ message)
- Send Registered with Banner (Delinquency Notice will be sent as a Marked Registered Email™ message)
Once selected, click on Save and your users will now be able to send Delinquency Notices via the RMail® service.
