The RMail® for Yardi Breeze integration allows Yardi Breeze users to send Registered Email™ messages from their Yardi Breeze platform via the RMail® system. Users can send Delinquency Correspondence emails as Registered Email™ messages either Marked or Unmarked as they need.
Pre-requisites
- An RMail® account.
- Having the integration fully set up in your Yardi Breeze platform.
How to use RMail® for Yardi Breeze
Important note: Please refer to this article to learn how to setup RMail® for Yardi Breeze.
Once the setup has been completed, follow these steps to start using the integration:
1. Login to the Yardi Breeze platform and select the Property where the delinquent Tenant is located.
2. Click on Reporting on the top menu, then go to Correspondence and click on Delinquency.
3. Complete the filter data as you need to find the desired Tenant. Remember to select the correct Property and use the desired Sender.
Note: The sender property is the From address from which the Registered Email™ message will be sent. The possible values are: Property, Owner and Company. The Acknowledgment Email and the Registered Receipt® email will be sent to this address. These are the users who should be signed up on the RMail® account.
- If Property is selected, the sender’s email address will be the email address set up of the Property.
- If Company is selected, the sender’s email address will be the SPOC Email on the Company Settings.
- If Owner is selected, the sender’s email address will be the email address set up for the Owner of the selected Property.
4. Click on Display and the Tenant list will load. Then, select the Tenant and click on Send Registered to send the Delinquency Notice via RMail®. You can also bulk send your Delinquency Notices by selecting more than one Tenant and clicking on the Registered Email button.
5. A success notification will be displayed, and the Delinquency Notice will be sent to the selected Tenant/s as a Marked or Unmarked Registered Email™ message, according to your Company Settings.
