The RMail® for Yardi Breeze integration allows Yardi Breeze users to send Registered Email™ messages from their Yardi Breeze platform via the RMail® system. Users can send Delinquency Correspondence emails as Registered Email™ messages either Marked or Unmarked as they need.

Pre-requisites
- A RMail® account.
- A Yardi Breeze account with administrator permissions.
Initial Setup
Note: Before starting to set up the RMail® service integration with Yardi Breeze, customers need to have their RMail® account set up, with all the necessary users, plans assigned, and accounts activated. Then, customers need to request their Yardi Breeze representative to configure in their platform one of the RMail® accounts with administrator permissions. Once this has been completed, use that same account with administrator permissions on Yardi Breeze to complete the setup by carrying on the following steps:
1. Login to the Yardi Breeze platform.
2. Click on the icon of your username and then on Company Settings.
3. Click on Storage Settings and then click on the pencil icon.
4. Click on the dropdown menu for the setting Registered Email for Delinquency and select the type of Registered Email™ message you need.
a- None (Delinquency Notice will be sent as normal email).
b- Send Registered (Delinquency Notice will be sent as an Unmarked Registered Email™ message).
c- Send Registered with Banner (Delinquency Notice will be sent as a Marked Registered Email™ message).
Once selected, click on Save and your users will now be able to send Delinquency Notices via the RMail® service.
