Note: Both Outlook web and Outlook online refer to the web-based version of Outlook. However, the distinction used in this article is intentional: one refers to the paid version included with Microsoft 365 or Exchange Online (commonly known as Outlook on the Web), while the other refers to the free version, such as Outlook.com. While they share many similarities, available features may vary depending on the type of account.
