RMail® service integration with Eclipse allows NasaSoft Eclipse users to send signature request and, encrypted registered emails right from within the Eclipse platform for safe and secure sending of sensitive data digitally. Eclipse users can quickly and easily convert underwriting submissions, re-classifications, delinquent premiums, policy packs, coverage/endorsement rider changes and renewals making them PII and HIPAA compliant, as well as cutting costs associated with postage, courier and administrative tasks.
A key feature of the integration is the RMail® Registered Email™, which enables Eclipse users to send and receive a Registered Receipt™ email record to certify and prove email delivery for court-admissible, time-stamped proof of the content delivered and advanced open tracking.

The sender user experience and recipient user experience with RMail® Encryption and Signature Requests are explained below.

Open the email compose window and click on Send Email
Check the boxes of the features you want to use
- Send encrypted via RPost: If the user selects this checkbox, the email is sent encrypted via the RMail® system.
- Request signatures via RPost:If the user selects this checkbox, the RMail® e-signature request is sent to the specified recipient using the RMail® hand sign (e-paper) capability.
Note: if the setting Send encrypted emails via RPost is set to Y, all messages sent from Eclipse where the user selects Send encrypted via RPost or Request signatures via RPost, will be sent via the RMail® system (all registered), otherwise, they will be sent via regular email.
