Download RPostONE for Outlook
Go to RPostONE for Outlook download link and select your bit version of Outlook first (32 or 64). Click the appropriate download button and follow the installation wizard.
Determining Your Microsoft Outlook Bit Version
Microsoft Outlook is available in two bit versions: 32-bit and 64-bit.
- Outlook 2007: Always 32-bit (no 64-bit version available).
- Outlook 2010, 2013, or 2016: You need to check your version before downloading and installing RPostOne for Outlook.
How to Check Your Outlook Bit Version
If you're unsure which version you have, follow these steps from your Inbox:
1. Click File.
2. Look for Help in the menu:
- If you see Help, you have Outlook 2010. Click it, and you’ll find the bit version next to the Outlook version number.
- If Help is not visible, select Office Account, then click About Outlook. The bit version will appear after the version number.
Note: RPostONE for Outlook works on both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows so the Windows bit version is not relevant.
How to install RPostONE for Outlook
To proceed with the installation of RPostONE for Outlook follow these steps:
1. Click on Next.
2. Agree to the Terms and Conditions and press Next.
3. Confirm the Installation Folder then click on Next.
Note: The installation folder for x64-bit machine would be different.
4. Click on Next to start the installation.
5. Once the installation is complete, press Close.
The installation .msi will automatically detect the correct bit version and path.
- Installation path for Outlook x32bit will be C:\Program Files (x86)\RMail\
- The installation folder path for Outlook x64bit machine will be be: C:\Program Files\RMail
