The RSign® integration with Procesio allows users to create automated workflows, integrating RSign® with thousands of platforms via a low-code solution. This streamlines tasks related to document signing and e-signature requests management, without requiring coding skills.
This article covers the following topics:
- Pre-requisites
- Sending documents to be signed
- Sending the signed documents automatically to Procesio
Pre-requisites
Setup
The RSign® service can only be set up by an RPost representative. The Procesio configuration will be handled by a Procesio system administrator. If the integration has not been set up for your company, please get in touch with your Procesio system administrator.
Templates
The RSign®- Procesio integration only works with Templates created in the RSign® platform. Uploading ad hoc documents is out of the integration’s scope.
Please review this article to learn how to create an RSign® Template.
Sending documents to be signed
The following flow could be modified or complemented by Procesio users to adapt it to a variety of different use cases. What is presented here are the basic steps and functionality, but results can be adjusted to different customer needs:
1. Login to the Procesio platform.
2. Click on the Open App button within the RSign® banner.
3. The user will be redirected to this site in which they will be able to Import either automatically or manually the RSign® workspace.
Note: If the user chooses the Automatic Import, the RSign® workspace will be created in the user’s Procesio’s profile. On the other hand, in the Manual Download the user will receive a file in their local machine and they will be able to import it manually in the desire workspace.
4. Go to the imported workspace (Automatic Import) to review the RSign® processes.
5. Review the RSign® processes in the imported workspace and click on Send Envelope from Template for Sending a document for eSignature.
6. In the Send Envelope from Template flow, the Procesio’s user will be able to modify the flow leveraging all the Procesio’s platform actions in the left panel.
7. When the user clicks on Run, the following form will appear.
8. The mandatory variables need to be completed before clicking on Run. The user must have an RSign® valid account with credentials and units available, and a valid RSign® template. An RSign® collaborator will help the Procesio’s user to set up their workflows.
9. In Process instances, the user will be able to review the status of the eSignature envelopes.
10. The RSign® Envelope generated is sent to the user or users (defined in the form). They will receive, in their mailbox, the document to complete and sign.
11. After clicking on the View & Sign Document button, the signer will be redirected to the RSign® service for completing the eSignature request.
12. Click on the menu icon to expand the options bar, where the signer will have the option to filter based on fields that need completion or required fields.
- Green boxes show the fillable control field is complete.
- White boxes show the fillable control field is not complete.
- The asterisk icon (*) indicates the fillable control field is required.
13. After filling in all the fields, click on any of the available Finish buttons to complete the transaction.
Sending the signed documents automatically to Procesio
When the eSignature request is completed, the flow will receive the RSign® notification via RSign® webhooks. The RSign® webhook needs to be set-up with an RSign® collaborator in Procesio.
Note: the user can review this article to understand the RSign Webhooks behavior.
When the RSign Webhook is configured, the Procesio’s user will receive the final signed document along with the certificate.

The user will also be able to:
a. Get Envelope Download Signed Documents: by passing the Envelope Code in this flow.
b. Get Envelope Status: check the status of an eSignature envelope by passing the code in this flow.
Any of these flows could be combined with the Procesio’s platform actions to achieve the business needs that users have.
