RDocs Unit Count and Limits
- Units per Send/Generate (Create Units): 1 unit per RPD page for first 10 pages and after that 1 unit for every 10 RPD pages. (This is per transaction)
- Maximum size while sending an RPD: 20MB
- Maximum size while generating an RPD: 25MB
- Maximum number of recipients per send: 99
- Maximum number of characters allowed for User Email (Including username and Domain):255 (Includes 64-user name, 1-@, 190-Domian name)
- Maximum number of characters allowed for Subject:255
- Maximum number of characters allowed for Email Body:1024
- Maximum number of characters allowed for File Name:200
- Maximum number of characters allowed for First Name:50
- Maximum number of characters allowed for Last Name:50
- Maximum number of characters allowed for Reference Text:50
- Maximum number of characters allowed for Side Note: 512
- Maximum number of domains allowed in Restrict to Domains field in a single transaction:10

- For Text Authentication, 10 Units will be deducted for every Text sent to the recipient.
- For MFA while generating OTP 3 Units will be deducted per Text sent.
- For Auto-lock, the first 10 detections are free for each recipient per RPD. After that, for every additional detection 1 unit will be deducted.
