When you use a browser, like Chrome, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing these can fix certain issues, such as loading or formatting problems on sites. Additionally, clearing the cache helps resolve login problems, as cached data might prevent you from accessing updated login credentials or cause issues when trying to sign in.
Regularly clearing the cache also improves security and performance, especially in environments that require strong data protection, such as digital signing platforms or secure transactions. It ensures that you are viewing the most up-to-date version of our website and apps while reducing the risk of potential security vulnerabilities.
