Once the Enable sending messages to mobile setting is enabled and the corresponding add-on is purchased, you will be able to send e-signature requests to recipients on their mobile phones. Recipients can then manage the entire e-signature process on their mobile devices, enabling them to receive signing links, delegate requests to other signers, receive reminders and access the final signed document, all via their mobile phones.
Two new columns called Country Code and Mobile will be added to the Add Recipients section, where you need to enter the recipient's country code and mobile number.
Once you enter this information, an icon will appear within the Mobile field.
By clicking the icon, you can choose whether the recipient receives the signing request via email, mobile, or both. Additionally, if the Access Authentication and/or Re-verify Each Signer Before Document Submit settings are enabled, you can also select where the verification code will be sent.
If you choose to send the message and/or verification code to the recipient’s mobile, you must also select whether it will be sent via SMS, WhatsApp, or both.
