If you encounter an issue where the print preview in Firefox does not display the document correctly after accessing an RPD sent with the Can Print option enabled, resulting in a blank preview, please follow these instructions:
1. In the Mozilla Firefox browser, go to the settings by clicking on the hamburger icon.
2. Search for applications and type PDF.
3. For Content type Portable Document Format (PDF), change the action to Open in Firefox.
This selection should change the print settings in the Mozilla Firefox browser to be able to display the print preview correctly.
