The RSign service for Vincere integration allows Vincere users to send documents for electronic signature directly from their Vincere platform using the RSign system.
Important: Before starting to set up the RSign service integration for Vincere, users need to contact their Vincere support team at support@vincere.io to enable the integration for them and request the following information:
- Client ID
- API Key
- Vincere platform Base URL

- An RSign Customer Admin account.
Integration initial setup
In order to set up this integration, an administrator will have to follow a configuration process on the RSign system.
Integration initial setup in RSign system
1. Access the RSign system with a Company Admin account.
2. From the RSign system Main Page go to the Settings tab.
3. Select the External Drives Setup tab at a Company level.
4. Click on the Vincere tab and add your Client ID, Vincere platform Base URL and API Key previously shared by Vincere in the support ticket created when requesting this integration.
Additionally, from this section, you can select if the final signed documents will return to Vincere and the filename format to be used; and if you would like to enable the auto-creation of Activities in Vincere.
5. Click on Save.
6. Inside the Settings, go to System on the Company tab, and mark the checkbox for Vincere on the Storage Drives Available section for allowing the users to select documents from Vincere when sending envelopes.
Make sure the Override User Settings box is checked as well, to avoid the users having to allow Vincere individually.
