Within the RMail Encrypt tab, select the desired action for the email you are sending.

1. You may choose between options:
- Transmission - auto-decrypts for the receiver: It is used when the recipient’s mail server has TLS available.
- Message Level - decrypts with password: It is used when the recipients’ mail server is unable to receive emails using Transmission or if the sender wishes to have the encrypted message stored encrypted at rest in the recipient’s mailbox.
To learn more, read this article about the Encryption feature.
The following enhancements are also available:
- Active Tracker™: It works as if adding a GPS tracker to your email – the service maps the viewing time and location of your important email through the email’s journey. The report the sender receives lists all activities with your email, timestamped, per geo location and IP address, plus an assessment of risk level for every activity with your email. If an activity with your email is deemed as hazardous, an immediate Eavesdropping™ Alert is generated and delivered to the sender and/or admin (depending on your specific configuration).
- Copy me: You will receive a copy of the email sent.
