The User Plans section allows you to assign and change user plans, as well as schedule user plan changes, both individually and in bulk. Learn how to navigate the User Plans section here.

Assigning or changing user plans
To assign new user plans or change existing plans, follow these steps:
1. Select those users you wish to modify and click on the Assign plan button.
2. Select the applicable plans and click on Save.
That's it! You will see a message informing the change has been successful.
You will also see a successful message in the User Plans table.
Scheduling user plan changes
When you want to change a user plan but not immediately, you can schedule the plan change. Simply follow these steps:
1. Select those users you wish to modify and click on the Schedule button.
2. Select the product, the applicable plan, and the effective date. Then, press the Schedule button.
On the effective date, the selected users will have their plan changed accordingly.
