RMail integration with Factor Fox allows users to track email delivery and open, prove communications with RMail Registered Receipt, encrypt emails and attachments for privacy and compliance, and send documents for eSignature right from within their Factor Fox platform.
Setting up RMail service in Factor Fox:
Important: Before enabling the integration in Factor Fox, you need to have an active RMail service account. If you don’t have your account setup yet, go to step 2 of this guide.
Please note that Admin permissions may be required to setup the integration in Factor Fox.
1. Login to your Factor Fox account and navigate to Setup > Integrations.
2. If you don’t have an active RMail service account yet, click on Register. Otherwise, skip this step.
3. Click on on the checkbox that says Use RMail and click Update.
4. Next, you will need to configure your Mail Server for RMail service. Navigate to Setting>Email Settings.
5. By default, the Email Send service will be Factor Fox. Select From Other Server in the dropdown.
6. Complete the following fields and click on Save:
- Mail Server
- Port Number
- Username (this is the email with which you registered to the RMail system)
- Password (your email account password)
- RMail system Password (your RMail system account password)
