Under normal circumstances, the body of any email sent Registered will be stored in your email client's Sent folder.
Note 1: Sent items may not be saved in certain applications, such as RMail Online. In these cases, we recommend enabling the Copy Me checkbox to keep a copy for your records.
Note 2: Copies of attachments sent using File Share are not saved in the Sent folder since they are downloaded separately.
If you’re unable to locate your sent Registered email, you can retrieve a copy by forwarding the Registered Receipt™ to verify@r1.rpost.net. This will trigger a Receipt Authentication email, which will be sent to both the person who forwarded the receipt and the original sender of the message. The Receipt Authentication email, similar in format to the Registered Receipt™, will include attachments, one of which contains a copy of the original sent Registered Email for your reference.
