General
Email Configuration
Time zone
The Time zone setting provides the ability to select the time zone to be used on sent and signed envelopes.
- Coordinated universal time: UTC is the primary time standard by which the world regulates clocks and time. This option is selected by default.
- Specify a time zone: This option will enable the drop-down menu for you to select the time zone to be used.
Storage drives available
The Storage drives available setting provides you the ability to select which drive options to display when selecting the documents that are to be sent in a signature request.

Signature Request Reply Address
When someone receives an RSign email, they may need to reply to the sender. The Signature request-reply address setting determines what email address the recipient will see when they click on Reply.
- If no-reply@1.rsign.net is selected, the reply-to email address will be no-reply@1.rsign.net.
- If Sender’s email is selected, the reply-to email address will be the email of the sender.
Primary MTA
The Primary MTA setting allows administrators to select the Mail Transfer Agent (MTA) server through which emails are routed to recipients.
