The RSign service for We Are JA integration allows We Are JA users to send documents for electronic signature directly from their We Are JA platform using the RSign system. It enables users to automatically receive the signed documents in the We Are JA platform.

Setup
The RSign service can only be set up by a We Are JA System Administrator. If the integration has not been set up for your company, please get in touch with your We Are JA System Administrator.

Sending documents to be Signed
1. Login to the JA Main Payroll platform.
2. Select a Company on the Home page.
3. On the Company, click on Employees from the blue menu bar.
4. Select an Employee from the list.
5. Click on the Send Documents To Sign option from the Employee Details section.
6. Click on Send Templates from the Signed Document History section.
7. From the Select Template popup, select the Template you need and click on the Send to sign button.
8. A success message will be shown and the RSign eSign request will be sent to the email address from the employee's details.
Sending the signed documents automatically to We Are JA
After the document is signed by the signer, the Final Signed Document is saved as an attachment to each transaction in the Signed Document History section. If the envelope was not signed by the signers, you can view its status in the Current Status column.
1. To view the signed documents in We Are JA, select View as shown in the below screenshot.
2. The signed document will be opened in a new tab in the browser.
