Initial Setup
Company-Wide Initial Setup
For setting up the RMail integration with Acturis, users need to have their RMail Account set up, with all the necessary users provisioned, plans assigned, and accounts activated.
Once that is done, users need to request their Acturis representative to enable the integration on their instance for all their users before proceeding with the next step.
Individual User Setup
1. Open the Acturis Assistant Settings pop-up, and navigate to the Home tab.
2. Search for the RMail Settings section.
3. To enable RMail functionality in Outlook and on the Create Email screen, tick the Enable RMail Integration checkbox.
You can also determine the time that the application will wait for the RMail sending process to complete when an email is sent via RMail from the Create Email screen using the the Create Email Timeout (seconds) setting.
