Try RMail PRE-Crime Services – Once the Enable sending messages to mobile setting is enabled and the corresponding add-on is purchased, you will be able to send e-signature requests to recipients on their mobile phones. Recipients can then manage the entire e-signature process on their mobile devices, enabling them to receive signing links, delegate requests to other signers, receive reminders and access the final signed document, all via their mobile phones.
A new column called Message To / Code To will be added to the Add Recipients section, allowing you to choose whether the recipient receives the signing request via email, mobile, or both. You also have the option to choose where the verification code will be sent if the Access Authentication and/or Re-verify each signer before document submit settings are enabled.
