To change your RMail Gateway password, follow these steps:
1. Open your web-browser and go to the address set up for the RMail Gateway server. If you have never logged in before, you should have an email giving you some information on what address to use and how to log in. If you do not have this email, please contact your system administrator or IT department.
2. Once you are logged in, locate the Settings section by selecting Main>My Account>Settings in the left-hand pane.
3. In the Change Password section, enter your current password in the Current Password box
4. Enter the new password in the Password box.
5. Enter the new password again in the Confirm Password box.
6. Click Save (the green floppy-disk) at the top.
7. Click on Sign Out in the upper-right corner to log out of the RMail Gateway site.
Note: The above process requires you to know your current password. If you have forgotten it, please use the Forgot Password link on the RMail Gateway login page, or contact your system administrator or IT department for assistance. RPost cannot retrieve lost or forgotten passwords for RMail Gateway accounts.
