RDocs converts any presentation or document into a Rights Protected Document file – an RPD™ file – which empowers the sender to track reader activity or restrict access to certain viewers. Click here to learn more about RDocs.
Within the RDocs tab, select the desired action. You may Send an RDoc or Create an RDoc.
Note: Both the transactions for creating and sending an RPD can be viewed and managed on the interface of the RDocs webpage.
Sending an RPD through RDocs
1. Complete the To, Subject and Email Body fields.
2. Add a file.
3. Click on Next.
4. Set the Access Control according to your needs, then click on Send.
Creating an RPD
1. Add a description to the RPD you are creating.
2. Upload the file you wish to turn into an RPD.
3. Click on Next.
4. Set the Access Control according to your needs, then click on Create.
5. Download the document and share as you like.
