RDocs™ service converts any document or presentation into an RPD™ (Rights Protected Document™) file type that can be opened in any browser, and in any device.

Generating an RPD
Follow these steps to create an RPD™:
1. In the Generate tab, go to the Attachments section. Press Click to Select Files and browse through your folders to locate the file you want to convert into an RPD™.
Alternatively, you may drag and drop the file into that section.
When adding multiple files, you have the option to send them either as two separate RPDs or as a single combined RPD. If you choose to send them as one RPD, you will be prompted to name the RPD containing both documents. Note: If you choose to send them separately, it will be processed as two distinct transactions. Consequently, in the Manage tab, you will be able to handle them as two separate RPDs.
2. In the Access Control panel choose the security level you want to apply to the RPD™. To do so, click on Track Views, Track Readers, or Limit Readers. according to your requirements.
3. In the Real-Time Interactivity, Location Protection, and Content Protection panels, customize the features you would like to apply to the RPD™ according to your preferences.

4. Enter a description.
If the chosen security level is Limit Readers, you must enter the emails of the authorized readers.
Once the email is entered, by double-clicking on it, you can enter the first and last name of the authorized reader and click on Save to improve their identification.
Another way to do this is by clicking on the Add details icon, which also allows you to add authorized readers directly within the same pop-up.
Note: Alternatively, you can enter the authorized readers in bulk by clicking on the Upload icon, downloading the corresponding file, completing the required information, and re-uploading the completed file.
5. Set the language according to your needs: Viewer Language option determines the language of notifications and the interface in which the recipient views the RPD. Meanwhile, the Viewer Browser Language option sends notifications in the language set in the service language of the settings, while the interface language for the recipient is determined by the recipient's browser language.
6. Click on Generate.
You will now be able to download the document and share it however you please.
Sending an RPD
Follow these steps to send an RPD™:
1. In the Send tab, go to the Attachments section. Press Click to Select Files and browse through your folders to locate the file you want to convert into an RPD™. Alternately, you can drag and drop the document from a file manager window or desktop.
Alternatively, you may drag and drop the file into that section.
When adding multiple files, you have the option to send them either as two separate RPDs or as a single combined RPD. If you choose to send them as one RPD, you will be prompted to name the RPD containing both documents. Note: if you choose to send them separately, it will be processed as two distinct transactions. Consequently, in the Manage tab, you will be able to handle them as two separate RPDs.
2. Fill in the required details for To, Subject, and Email Body.
Once the email is entered, by double-clicking on it, you can enter the first and last name of the recipient and click on Save, to improve their identification.
Another way to do this is by clicking on the Add details icon, which also allows you to add recipients emails directly within the same pop-up.
Note: Upon clicking the Upload button in the To field, senders may upload recipients in bulk using Excel or CSV templates without having to enter individually.
Clicking on the icon prompts a pop-up guide to download Excel or CSV templates, edit, add the necessary details and upload.
